Start with the body, not the size on another label.

Sizing is not identical across every brand, and even within one collection the intended fit can vary. For the most useful comparison, measure over light clothing or underwear and keep the tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight.

The right size depends on the construction.

Check the measurements and fit notes on the product page before ordering. If one of your measurements falls into a different size from the others, use the garment's construction to decide which measurement matters most.

Look at where the garment is meant to fit closest.

If you fall between two sizes, there is no single rule that works for every Zevlune piece.

• For corseted, tailored or non-stretch garments, choosing the size that accommodates your largest relevant measurement is generally the safer starting point.
• For looser A-line, pleated or draped silhouettes, there may be more flexibility through the hips or body.
• If the garment has a defined waist, compare that measurement carefully even if the rest of the silhouette appears relaxed.
• Do not assume that the same Zevlune size will fit identically across every style. Construction matters.

Some pieces need a little more care when dressing.

Zevlune garments can include crystals, beads, embroidery, appliqué, lace, tulle, bows, feathers and other dimensional finishes. These details can catch more easily than a plain woven fabric.

• Put jewellery, watches and handbags on after dressing where possible.
• Take care around zips, hooks and rough surfaces that can catch lace, mesh, embroidery or beadwork.
• Do not pull an embellished garment into place using the decorative area itself.
• When trying on a garment for the first time, keep make-up, fake tan, perfume and deodorant away from the fabric where possible.

Start with the garment's own care label.

There is no single cleaning method that is right for every Zevlune product. Structured tailoring, satin, lace, tulle, feathers and embellished surfaces can each require different treatment.

Smooth surfaces show pressure and heat more easily.

Satin and other smooth fabrics can develop temporary creases during storage or shipping. Hanging the garment carefully and allowing it time to relax may reduce lighter creasing.

If steaming is permitted by the care label, use gentle steam and avoid placing the steamer directly against the fabric. Take particular care around trims, crystals and decorative panels.

Treat sheer layers as delicate surfaces.

Lace, mesh and tulle can catch on jewellery, sharp fingernails, rough bags, zips and textured surfaces. When dressing or undressing, avoid pulling directly on a sheer panel.

Store these pieces away from garments with exposed hooks, heavy beadwork or other details that could snag the fabric.

Decorative work needs space.

Beaded, crystal-covered and embroidered areas should not be stored pressed tightly against other garments. Where possible, use a garment bag and give dimensional details enough room to retain their shape.

If a decorative element appears loose, avoid pulling or cutting it. Contact customer service with a clear photograph if you need advice.

Give feathers room to recover their shape.

Feather trims can flatten during storage or transit. Hang the garment in a dry, well-ventilated space and allow the feather detail time to settle naturally.

Avoid direct high heat, heavy pressure and tight storage around feathered sections.

Treat the fabric according to its care instructions.

Avoid aggressive rubbing, strong bleach, stain removers or household cleaning products on delicate fabrics unless the garment care instructions specifically allow them.

For satin, lace, sheer fabrics, embroidery or embellished pieces, professional cleaning is often safer than experimenting with strong spot treatments at home.

If you are deciding between sizes, send us the product name, the size you are considering and your bust, waist and hip measurements. For jackets, shoulder measurements may also be useful.

We will help you compare those measurements with the available information for the garment. Because fit is personal, sizing advice is guidance rather than a guarantee, but it can help reduce guesswork.
