Payment handling

Your full card details are not stored by Zevlune.

Zevlune uses Shopify for its online storefront and checkout. When you enter payment information during checkout, it is handled through the checkout and the relevant payment provider rather than being entered into a separate Zevlune card-processing system.

We do not have access to your complete card number, card security code, online banking password or other confidential authentication credentials.

For order administration, we may receive limited payment information made available by the checkout platform, together with information such as your name, delivery details, email address, order total and payment status.

Checkout security

Security is part of the checkout process.

Online transactions can use several layers of protection depending on the payment method, issuing bank and device involved.

01

Secure connection

Zevlune and its checkout use encrypted web connections designed to protect information while it is transmitted between your browser and the services involved in processing your purchase.

02

Additional verification

Your bank or card issuer may request an extra identity check before approving a payment. This can include confirmation through a banking app, code or other verification method.

03

Transaction screening

Orders can be reviewed for unusual activity or payment risk. If additional verification is required, we may contact you using the details provided with your order.

Charges & currency

What to expect when a payment is made.

  • The order total and applicable currency are displayed during checkout before you confirm payment.
  • If your card or account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction using its own exchange rate.
  • Your bank or payment provider may also apply a foreign transaction, currency conversion or similar fee. Any such fee is charged by that provider rather than by Zevlune.
  • Payment authorization takes place in connection with completing the order through checkout.
  • If a payment does not complete successfully, your order may remain unpaid or may not be confirmed.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Where a refund is approved under our Refund Policy, it is normally sent back to the same payment method used to place the order.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

For full information about return eligibility and refund processing, please read our Refund Policy .

Payment safety

Never send us your complete card details by email.

Customer service may ask for details needed to identify an order, such as your order number, your name or the email address used at checkout.

Zevlune will not ask you by email to provide your complete payment card number, CVV or security code, online banking password or account password.

If a message looks suspicious

Do not reply with payment credentials, passwords or other sensitive banking information. Instead, contact us separately using the customer service information published on zevlune.com so that we can help confirm whether the message is genuine.

Your information

Order information is used to operate and support your purchase.

Information provided through checkout may be used to process an order, arrange delivery, communicate with you, manage returns or refunds, reduce fraud risk and provide customer support.

More information about how personal information is handled is available in our Privacy Policy .

Payment problems

Payment declined or something look unusual?

A payment can sometimes be declined because of bank security controls, incorrect billing information, insufficient funds or another issue determined by the payment provider.

If a charge appears more than once, your order payment looks incorrect, or you receive a suspicious payment-related message claiming to come from Zevlune, contact our customer service team.

Include your order number where available, but please do not send full payment card information.
